Manheim, a Cox Automotive brand, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow its dealer-sales segment across NSW. You will expand the customer base, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth with a base salary, vehicle allowance, and commissions.

In this field-based role, you will spend most weeks meeting customers, delivering compelling proposals, and leveraging CRM tools to manage pipelines.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building pipelines.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mindset with results-driven focus.
• Experience using CRM systems (SAP) to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and account manage new business opportunities to meet targets.
• Grow existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver customer proposals and tender responses.
• Provide input to market analysis to improve sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet account performance objectives.
• Support product and services enhancements through feedback.
