Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to collaborate with Repco Store Managers and grow our trade customer network, currently about 150 accounts, in New South Wales. The role emphasizes sales growth, margin performance, and building strong customer relationships with CRM-backed support and targeted promotions.

The position is based in Dubbo, NSW, requires a valid Australian driver’s license, and a passion for all things automotive.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer management, preferably automotive
• Experience using CRM systems
• Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders
• Ownership of a valid Australian driver’s license
• Passion for automotive products and services
