Job summary

Pneutech is seeking a results-driven automation sales professional to drive growth across the Newcastle territory. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships and convert customer needs into tailored automation solutions from leading brands.

You’ll work with a seasoned technical team to solve complex engineering challenges, present product demonstrations, and engage customers with credibility and insight. A current driver’s license and a proactive, curious mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling industrial automation or engineering products.
• A consultative approach to sales and strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Curiosity, resilience and a passion for engineering innovation.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle.
