Chery Northern Beaches is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team, supporting customers across Chery, Sea-Doo and Can-Am brands. You will manage the customer journey, book vehicles into the workshop, and communicate needs clearly to technicians.

This role demands strong communication, time management, and a professional presentation. You'll build lasting customer relationships while delivering a transparent service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience
• Book vehicles and Sea-Doo watercraft into the workshop
• Document concerns and requirements from consultations
• Prepare repair orders and job cards
• Liaise with technicians on diagnosis and repairs
• Present repair estimates and obtain customer authorization
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate watercraft pick-up and delivery
