Automall Mt Gravatt is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the face of the Service Department, coordinating bookings, liaising with technicians and advising customers on repairs to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or automotive service environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong computer literacy.
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Manage service bookings and customer enquiries.
• Greet customers and accurately document service requirements.
• Liaise with technicians regarding vehicle progress and repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations and obtain customer approvals.
• Prepare service estimates, invoices and related documentation.
• Identify additional service and maintenance opportunities.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and retention outcomes.
