Job summary

Automall Mt Gravatt is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the face of the Service Department, coordinating bookings, liaising with technicians and advising customers on repairs to ensure a seamless service experience.

About the Role

As the face of our Service Department, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while working closely with our technicians and workshop team.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
• Greeting customers and accurately documenting their service requirements
• Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle progress and repairs
• Communicating repair recommendations and obtaining customer approvals
• Preparing service estimates, invoices and service-related documentation
• Identifying additional service and maintenance opportunities
• Ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the service process
• Delivering exceptional customer service and customer retention outcomes

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive service environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• A proactive, positive and professional approach
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy
• A current and valid Australian driver's licence

Experience with dealership management systems is advantageous but not essential.
