Job summary

Bridgit, a leading Australian fintech lender, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across Credit, Sales and Operations. You will partner with multi-disciplinary teams to drive efficiency in the end-to-end loan journey.

The role focuses on dashboards (PowerBI, HubSpot), data interpretation, and communicating performance to leadership with a delivery-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a business analyst role or equivalent.
• Experience creating, analysing and monitoring dashboards and reporting (PowerBI, HubSpot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Tenacious attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• A track record of getting it done with delivery focus and stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Credit, Sales and Operations to identify efficiency opportunities across the loan journey.
• Build, monitor and maintain sales and performance dashboards, surfacing insights to stakeholders.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into recommendations.
• Support management of third-party onboarding and relationship management.
