Job summary

ELEMISSION is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to establish its presence in Australia. Based in Perth, you will lead field sales, manage the sales pipeline, and close leases and deployments directly with exploration and mining clients.

You will travel to client sites, nurture long-term relationships, and coordinate with CSIRO and HQ to shape the Australian strategy. A direct path to Director, Australia is available as the market grows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in BD or sales within the Australian mining sector.
• Strong network in Western Australia and the ability to open new markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Australia and internationally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline, qualify leases and deployments, and hit revenue targets.
• Build trusted client relationships and represent ELEMISSION at events.
• Travel to remote sites and establish a local ELEMISSION footprint.
