Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Service Manager in Perth, WA, Australia, to lead the Perth Service team and oversee day-to-day service delivery and technical support. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, high-standard service, with a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement and close collaboration with customers, technicians, and sales teams.

You will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth, while mentoring Field Service Technicians and managing budgets and planning

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Extensive field service or maintenance experience.
• Experience with mining technology, automation or mobile equipment systems.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Safety-focused and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Perth Service team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships via site visits.
• Manage department budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Plan and schedule field service resources to meet workloads.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support to technicians.
• Coordinate logistics, parts, equipment and personnel for jobs.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
