Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, allied health, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and build new customer relationships.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Willingness to learn clinical concepts in healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres and assist surgeons during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
• Travel across Perth and surrounding territories as required.
