Job summary
Pitt Town Sports Club is seeking a capable operational leader to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional member and patron experiences while driving growth through gaming and food and beverage services.
You will lead and mentor staff, manage budgeting and financial forecasting, ensure WHS compliance, and uphold AML/CTF and licensing requirements to protect staff and patrons. This role offers a collaborative culture, onsite parking, staff meals, and ongoing development.
Qualifications
- Operational leadership in hospitality with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to forecast, budget and report on financial performance.
- Compliance with gaming, AML/CTF and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key advisor and 2IC to the GM.
- Lead and mentor staff, identifying training needs.
- Identify opportunities for business improvements and guest experience.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
- Manage licensed club premises, WHS, and compliance.
- Develop positive relations with members and handle issues promptly.
