Job summary

The Sporting Globe on the Gold Coast is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to lead our team on game days and ensure smooth operations across the bar, dining and events.

You’ll drive guest experiences, manage stock and compliance, and act as captain in the captain’s absence, with clear opportunities for career growth within our growing hospo group.

Qualifications

• 2 years hospitality experience.
• RSA, RSG, and TAB basics.
• Passion for creating epic guest experiences.

• Support the shift and ensure smooth operation across all areas.
• Motivate the team and foster a winning culture.
• Assist with stock, reporting, compliance and operations.

What you’ll bring:

• 2 years hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
• RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
• A passion for creating epic guest experiences and building a buzzing venue
