Job summary

Yo-Chi Charlestown Square is seeking an Assistant Venue Leader to energise shifts and guide a high-performing team. You’ll partner with the Venue Leader to manage rosters, stock control, cash handling and compliance, while coaching staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.

In this fast-paced hospitality setting, you’ll drive KPI performance, uphold quality standards and maintain a welcoming, safe environment. A passion for people and service is essential.

Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Charlestown Square

We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join Yo-Chi Charlestown Square! Someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a great one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment.
• Supporting the Venue Leader with daily operations including rostering, stock, cash handling, and compliance.
• Coaching your team in real time so they grow, improve, and deliver standout service.
• Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
• Making sure every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality, and worth coming back for.
• Helping drive performance across sales, costs, and overall venue standards.

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Experience with rostering and labour management.
• A track record of achieving and driving key business KPIs.

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
