Job summary

Yo-Chi is seeking a dynamic Venue Leader for Erina Fair on the Central Coast. You will drive daily operations, coach a frontline team, and deliver guest experiences that reflect our energetic, community-focused brand.

You'll manage stock, rostering, safety, and venue administration while building strong connections with the Erina and Central Coast community through activations and events. This hands-on leadership role offers competitive salary, career progression into multi-site or training

Qualifications

• Confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action.
• Commercially aware with a track record of hitting targets and managing stock and costs.
• Natural coach who lifts performance and maintains high standards.
• Comfortable leading a busy, high-volume venue inside a major shopping centre.
• People-focused with a genuine love for hospitality and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be the driving force of the venue: visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that match the pace and energy of Erina Fair.
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
• Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture with an open-door approach.
• Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety.
• Manage stock, ordering, deliveries, invoicing, and all venue admin and reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Handle peak trade with confidence, from school holidays and weekend rushes to shopping centre peak periods.
• Manage rostering, breaks, and performance in line with Yo-Chi standards.
• Keep the venue safe, secure, and compliant with all WHS and food safety requirements.
• Build real connections with the local Erina and Central Coast community through engagement and activations.
