Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role. This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, offering a clear pathway to Store Manager.

You will lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach the team to meet sales targets, manage VM and promotions, and uphold Universal Store standards on a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
