Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach the team toward sales goals. The role mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities and includes a Sunday–Thursday roster, offering a clear path to Store Manager.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, maintaining brand standards and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step ifyou’relooking to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).

• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.

• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
