Universal Store is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager in Western Australia to work a Sunday–Thursday roster. This Full-Time role partners with the Store Manager, stepping into leadership responsibilities and focusing on sales growth, customer experience, and brand standards.

The successful candidate will lead by example, manage stock and VM directives, and cultivate a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment within Universal Store’s culture.

This position works closely with the Store Manager and mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities, making it the perfect step ifyou’relooking to grow your retail leadership career.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
