Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a passionate retail leader to step into the Store Manager role on a Tuesday–Saturday roster with late‑night trade. You will lead day‑to‑day operations, coach a large team, and drive exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high merchandising standards.

You will be responsible for sales growth, profitability, rostering, and budgets, ensuring payroll targets are met. The role calls for a hands‑on leader who communicates effectively and embodies the brand values

Qualifications
