Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader for a full-time Assistant Store Manager role in Parramatta. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirror responsibilities, and guide the team on Sundays to Thursdays rosters.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards across VM and stock control. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive team culture, coaching staff and supporting career development toward Store

Skills and Experience

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus withabilityto motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
