Koko Black is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Melbourne CBD stores. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

This role suits a motivated retail leader who thrives on coaching, rostering and delivering strong results. You will be responsible for staff development, stock management, and achieving sales targets while maintaining premium service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, coach and motivate a team.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance operational priorities with sales performance.
• Proactive, reliable and adaptable approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
