Koko Black is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Melbourne CBD store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.

Passionate leaders who love premium chocolate and delivering flawless service will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing labour, controlling stock and minimising waste.

• Support your Store Manager – take ownership of daily operations and confidently lead the store in their absence.
