Koko Black Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Melbourne CBD store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales while maintaining premium customer experiences.

• Experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage, coach and motivate a team.

• Support your Store Manager – take ownership of daily operations and confidently lead the store in their absence.
