Koko Black is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Melbourne CBD store. You will support the Store Manager, lead a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example – inspire, support and motivate your team to consistently deliver exceptional standards.
• Coach and develop – build team capability, provide meaningful feedback and support team member growth.
• Drive operational excellence – ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management, rostering and store presentation.
• Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing labour, controlling stock and minimising waste.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences – create a welcoming environment where every interaction reflects the Koko Black brand.
• Support your Store Manager – take ownership of daily operations and confidently lead the store in their absence.
