Responsabilidades

• Help develop the next generation of leaders in our stores through training and coaching.
• Maintain store standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage stock and monitor inventory to minimise losses.
• Collaborate with the team on registers, shelving and merchandising.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement ideas.
• Ensure smooth store operations while supporting the Store Manager.
• Step in to run the store when the Store Manager is on leave.
