Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Melbourne to support the Store Manager in mentoring Chocolate Ambassadors and driving a memorable chocolate experience for customers.

You will supervise daily operations, assist with rosters and budgets, and lead by example in product knowledge, customer service and promotions. Join a dynamic, international brand committed to quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a QSR, retail or hospitality environment.
• Barista experience desirable.
• Ability to grow local community and drive loyalty.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively and independently with deadlines.
• Strong rapport building abilities to lead and coach a team of Chocolate Ambassadors.
