Bunnings Warehouse in Australia is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock management in a high-volume store. You’ll report to the Site Manager and lead a team of 180+ staff across departments, ensuring safe, efficient service and strong customer experience.

You’ll develop strategies with department managers, monitor safety, KPI targets, and coordinate with distribution centres to support the wider area group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 50+ team members in a high-volume retail setting.
• Strong focus on safety, wellbeing and process improvement.
• Ability to coach Department Managers and drive performance.
