Responsibilities

Lead by example to hit individual and team sales targets.
Coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance and close more deals.
Collaborate with the team to overcome objections and secure sales.
Review daily sales activity and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure CRM leads and inquiries are followed up promptly and professionally.
Be the key decision-maker in saving deals before customers leave the dealership.
Support dealership growth strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
