Acclaimed Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to supervise and coach teams across restaurant, bar, terrace, poolside and takeaway. You will lead shifts, drive service standards and ensure guest satisfaction during busy periods.

The role suits someone who thrives on the floor, real-time coaching and maintaining smooth operations, with growth toward venue leadership responsibilities. Strong roster flexibility is required.

Formación

• 2+ years in a hospitality leadership role (restaurant and/or bar).
• Strong customer service focus with confident complaint resolution.
• Proven ability to supervise, train and motivate teams during service.
• Sound operational skills: POS, cash handling, reporting, stock control.
• Availability for a flexible roster including weekends and evenings.
