Position Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
• Background in quality restaurant, hotel or destination dining operations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a front-of-house team
• Strong understanding of restaurant service and guest experience
• Experience with rostering, labour costs, stock control and budgets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Current RSA and sound knowledge of liquor compliance
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Hands-on, professional and confident taking ownership of restaurant operations
