Qualifikationen

• Experience with rostering, labour costs, stock control and budgets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current RSA and sound knowledge of liquor compliance.
• Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Hands-on, professional and confident taking ownership of restaurant operations.
