Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager for Sailmaker, our flagship dining venue. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide a large team, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager, train staff, ensure compliance with food and service standards, and help deliver memorable dining experiences for guests in a premier Sydney hotel.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a large hotel/venue.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse service team.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service.
• Coordinate all departmental activities from start to finish.
