Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an a-la-carte restaurant.
• Strong leadership with focus on the crew experience.
• Exceptional service and guest-focused approach.
• Solid understanding of restaurant compliance practices.
• Adaptable and able to perform during high-pressured service periods.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using booking system OpenTable or similar.
• Experience using a time & attendance system Deputy or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Available for rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
