Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking enthusiastic Waitstaff to join our team in Melbourne. You will contribute to delivering a best-in-class guest experience across a busy restaurant environment, supporting the front-of-house operations with a friendly, professional approach.

Requirement includes at least 1 year as Waitstaff, experience in high-volume venues is valued, and you should be able to perform a 3-plate carry while maintaining exceptional guest focus and presentation.

• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded.
• Demonstrate a 3-plate carry.
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus.
• Adaptable and have a “can do” attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. • At least 1 year experience working as a Waitstaff
