• Experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in an a-la-carte restaurant.
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience.
• Exceptional service skills and guest focused attitude.
• Experience using OpenTable (booking system) or similar.
• Experience using a time & attendance system (e.g., Deputy) or similar.
