Job summary

Redcape Hospitality is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to own the gaming department at Hotel Elermore in Elermore Vale. Lead the team from day one, coach rosters, and drive trade while upholding high standards.

You will manage day-to-day gaming operations, build strong relationships with regulars, and ensure responsible gambling and cash controls are in place. A people-first leadership style is essential to thrive in a busy, community-focused venue.

Qualifications

• NSW RSA and RCG certifications required.
• Experience leading gaming teams and day-to-day operations expected.
• Customer-centric leadership with ability to coach and roster staff.

Responsibilities

• Run gaming day to day, keeping the room ready for trade and upholding standards.
• Know regulars by name and drive return visits.
• Coach and roster your team and back them every shift.
• Lead responsible gambling, harm minimisation and cash control.
• Keep compliance and reconciliation on track.
• Work with Venue Manager to drive trade and spot improvements.

Redcape is growing fast across Newcastle and the Hunter, with six venues and teams still being built. We're looking for an experienced, people-centric Gaming Manager to join the venue leadership team at Hotel Elermore in Elermore Vale and lead gaming from day one.

You might be a gaming manager looking for a fresh team and a new chapter, or the supervisor or senior attendant your team already turns to. Either way, you go above and beyond for every customer and you're ready to own the whole department. This is your move.
