The Opportunity

• Assist in the management of projects across various stages of the development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through to delivery and completion.

About You

• Experience as an Assistant Development Manager or in a related property development position.
• Exposure to residential development projects, ideally within communities, subdivisions or masterplanned developments.
• Strong understanding of the development process including planning, approvals, design coordination and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Commercial awareness with exposure to project reporting, budgets and feasibility analysis.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in development.

You Will Possess

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Planning, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience supporting development projects through various stages of the lifecycle.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
