Woods & Co Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a growing portfolio of medium-density residential projects in Melbourne. You will manage feasibility, planning approvals, design, procurement, and construction, driving commercial performance across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in property development, project management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of feasibility analysis, planning, construction, and delivery.
• Experience working with consultants, builders, and local authorities.
• Commercially astute, highly organised, and solutions-focused.
• Relevant qualifications in property, construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-density residential projects.

A well-established private property group is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead the delivery of a growing portfolio of medium-density residential projects.

Working across the full development lifecycle, you will take ownership of projects from acquisition support and feasibility through planning, design, procurement, construction, and settlement. This opportunity would suit an experienced development professional with strong, medium-density or land experience who enjoys operating within an entrepreneurial and highly accountable environment.

The Role
