Job summary

Bluestone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive residential development projects end-to-end in Sydney. The role covers planning, design, approvals and delivery, with responsibility to manage costs, programmes and milestones.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors and JV partners, review feasibility and budgets, manage risks, and work with the General Manager on key decisions. A clear career progression pathway awaits in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in property development, preferably within residential.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience taking residential projects through multiple stages of the development cycle.
• Solid understanding of development feasibilities, project costs and financials.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Comfortable dealing with consultants, contractors, JV partners and other stakeholders.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established developer-builder with a growing presence in the residential market. With several projects currently in delivery and further opportunities in the pipeline, the business is continuing to build out its platform.

A key focus for the successful candidate will be a $500m residential development, providing the opportunity to work on a project of significant scale while also gaining exposure to other developments across the business.

The team operates in a practical and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on getting projects delivered. You will work alongside the General Manager and a range of external partners, including JV partners, consultants and contractors.

With the business continuing to expand, there is scope for the successful candidate to grow with it and step into greater responsibility over time.

About the Role

This role will see you involved across the full development process, with responsibility for driving projects from the early planning stages through to completion.
