Job summary

First Contact Pty Ltd seeks a friendly, customer-focused Concierge to help our building community feel comfortable, productive and inspired in their working life at a Sydney CBD location.

You will provide outstanding service, anticipate occupants' needs, curate Front of House experiences and source on-demand tickets or experiences while maintaining a welcoming and authentic environment.

Responsibilities

• Placemaking & engagement - assist in creating engaging placemaking schedules with activities such as hosting a chocolate cooking class, wellness classes or a pop-up ice-cream cart with a twist.
• Hospitality services - arrange and manage premium on-site services, flowers, errands, gifts and premium tickets; coordinate building amenities such as end-of-trip spaces.
• Provide outstanding customer service, anticipate tenant needs and curate a welcoming, ever-responsive Front of House experience.

Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, as a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our building community feels comfortable, productive, and inspired in their working life. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, anticipating the needs of our building occupants, and facilitating services that make their workdays more rewarding and efficient.
As our Concierge, you will assist in curating the Front of House experience, keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending, and know how to source last-minute tickets, experiences, or products at the drop of a hat. Provide customers with an experience that is ‘ever-responsive, welcoming and authentic’, and that will always be positively remembered.

Other key responsibilities of the role include:

To be considered for the role, you must possess exceptional presentation skills, have demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have high attention to detail, and be passionate about solving customer problems. A diplomatic approach to handling customers' requests is also crucial.
