Our vision is to bring a traditional hotel concierge service, combined with 360 lifestyle management, to the homes of our discerning residents. The key to our success truly lies in the individuals of our Etymon Concierge team, and we are looking for Sydney’s best Concierge professionals who bring a positive and proactive approach, a thirst for learning and a genuine passion for 5 star service.

The Opportunity

Our Concierge team are the warm, welcoming faces of our luxury residential buildings. Working alongside the Concierge Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of guest experience for our residents and their guests.

This role is based at AURA, our luxury residential building in North Sydney.

We are seeking someone who is ideally available to work full time, with strong availability across evenings, nights and weekends. Part time availability may be considered for the right candidate.

The Details

• Welcome all residents and their guests to the building and assist with entry access
• Attend to residents’ needs as requested, including taking messages, receiving deliveries, delivering newspapers and storing keys
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s services and facilities
• Announce the arrival of guests, couriers and service people and obtain permission for access
• Arrange access for authorised persons in relation to car park entry and exit, restricted levels, front foyer and lift lobbies
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any issues or unauthorised access to Building Management or the appropriate authorities
• Assist with the Lifestyle Management component of our service as required and directed
• Manage the technology portal and respond to all service requests in a timely manner
• Manage the Visitor Management sign in system and provide technical assistance where required
• Provide information and support to residents, customers and visitors regarding amenities, transport and places of interest within the building vicinity
• Report on lobby operations and service offerings, providing recommendations for process improvements and product ideas
• Advocate for special events and initiatives that residents and guests are attending
• Report on insights learnt on the ground and all guest service related matters to the wider management team
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with venue management and staff
• Conduct all activities in accordance with the Quality, Safety & Environmental Management System

The Skills You Bring

• Full time availability is preferred, with the flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster
• Previous experience of 2+ years in a similar role within a hotel or premium customer service environment
• Proven ability to provide exceptional and personalised customer experiences
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Sydney, its restaurants, bars, attractions and What's On
• Availability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends (not overnight)
• Impeccable presentation and an element of personal flair
• Can work independently and as a team with a positive can-do approach.
