Job summary

Affinity Education Group in Stawell, VIC seeks a dynamic People Leader to guide educators and families, manage daily centre operations, and grow occupancy through community engagement.

You will mentor teams to meet National Quality Standards, ensure safety and compliance, and develop staff for future leadership within Affinity's expanding network.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Strong Centre Manager experience with a track record of successful leadership.
• Current Working with Children’s Check is required.
• Proven ability to meet safety and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across the centre in line with policy.
• Build community partnerships and drive occupancy through marketing.
• Mentor staff to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children’s Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
