Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a Centre Manager for Milestones North Boambee to lead daily operations and guide a dynamic team of educators. You will build strong relationships with families and the local community to drive engagement and occupancy while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

You will lead with confidence, mentorship, and a clear focus on compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring children feel supported and inspired to learn in a thriving centre environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Strong operational, compliance, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving performance goals.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring excellence across all areas.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders.
• Build trusted partnerships with families and the local community.
