Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
• Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
• Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with policies and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with the local community and partnerships with families; use marketing to increase occupancy.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About the Role
