Job summary

Affinity Education Group in Sydney is seeking a dynamic People Leader to guide and support educators and families. This full-time role focuses on leading centre operations, ensuring compliance, and driving quality and occupancy.

You will build community partnerships, mentor teams to meet National Quality Standards, and uphold Affinity's child-safe culture. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) and centre-management experience are required, along with a valid

• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
• Current Working with Children's Check and commitment to child safety.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
