Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a dynamic People Leader to guide educators and families at our Rutherford-based centre. This full-time role focuses on leading operations, driving occupancy through community partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the National Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
• A current Working with Children's Check.
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the centre(s) in line with policies, ensuring compliance and financial targets.
• Build connections with the local community and families; use marketing to increase service occupancy.
• Mentor and support centres to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
