Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a dynamic People Leader to guide educators and families, driving engagement and occupancy across centres. You will lead day-to-day operations in line with policies and financial targets, while building connections with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager/leadership role is essential.
• Current Working with Children’s Check is mandatory.
• Proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Centre operations in line with policies and financial targets.
• Build connections with the local community and families, using marketing to increase occupancy.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
