Job summary

Affinity Education Group – Ringwood East VIC is seeking a dynamic People Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring high-quality education and compliance.

You will mentor educators, engage with families and the local community to grow occupancy and strengthen partnerships, and lead teams toward meeting National Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA-equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience leading a childcare Centre/centres is essential.
• Experience achieving occupancy targets and maintaining compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures.
• Build and nurture relationships with families and the local community to support occupancy and engagement.
• Mentor Centre staff to meet or exceed National Quality Standards.

About the Centre:

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children’s Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
