Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking an experienced as-built document controller to lead coordination and close-out for an infrastructure delivery team based in Albion, Sunshine VIC. You will maintain controlled registers, manage design and project records, and ensure submissions meet client and QA requirements.

In this role you will manage versions, transmittals, confidentiality, storage and archiving across partner organisations, and train project users in document-control systems

Qualificações

• Relevant business-administration or related qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated document-control experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong records-management and document-system experience, including InEight TeamBinder.
• Understanding of project processes, assurance requirements and effective document-control practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain controlled registers, databases, correspondence and document workflows.
• Coordinate preparation, review, approval and distribution of design, as-built and project records.
• Check submissions against client and quality requirements.
• Manage versions, transmittals, confidentiality, storage and archiving across partner organisations.
• Train and coach project users in document-control systems and processes.
