Job summary

Legends Global, as manager of Afterpay Arena in Sydney, seeks a proactive Reception & Ticketing Administrator to greet guests and support ticketing. You will handle day-to-day reception, answer inquiries, and assist with seating and accessibility bookings in a fast-paced live entertainment setting.

The role is full-time and onsite, offering growth in a premier venue environment with the perk of complimentary event tickets and an EAP program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone and email manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to event-day operations in a live entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reception duties and provide a welcoming experience for visitors.
• Respond to telephone calls, emails and general enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist patrons with ticketing and seating enquiries, including prices and configurations.
• Manage lost property and maintain records, plus feedback registers.
• Provide administrative support to the ticketing team and handle accessible bookings.
