Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a casual Ticketing Administrator to coordinate group bookings and manage ticketing enquiries for major events, including Premier's Gala Concert 2027. The role is office-based with a seven-day rotating roster, up to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing, box office, bookings administration or customer service.
• Ability to coordinate group bookings and ticket allocations with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with stakeholders and patrons.
• Provide guidance to casual box office staff.
• Support ticketing and attendance targets through proactive administration.
• Identify improvements to ticketing processes and customer experience.
• Coordinate ticketing operations: sales, allocations, group bookings, reporting.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and event information.
• Provide administrative and event-day support for successful delivery.
